Over 40% of all swimming pool owners (and growing) hire a swimming pool company to clean the swimming pool for them, and the rest still need supplies and equipment. Pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters naturally wear out in the course of owning a pool.

What Would I Do Each Day?

We make our living in the swimming pool cleaning, equipment replacement/repair, and renovation business. Most of our franchisees operate out of their homes or a small office. Some have opened retail stores, while others have entered into swimming pool construction.

Overall, pool cleaning is approximately 40% of our total revenue, equipment replacement/repair makes up 20%, the retail sale of products and goods (does not mean there is a retail store) makes up around 20%, and pool renovations the remaining 20%. These percentages fluctuate in various markets, but this is the nationwide average.

In short, with multiple revenue streams, you can adapt your business to the needs of your market. Your daily schedule would be dictated by what brings you the most revenue.
