Over 50% of all swimming pool owners (and growing) hire a swimming pool company to clean the swimming pool for them, and the rest still need supplies, equipment, and periodic assistance with repairs and maintenance.

Additionally, pools usually require renovations for structural or aesthetic reasons. Unlike many of our competitors, who focus solely on cleaning and maintenance, our franchise owners are equipped to offer renovations as an additional service line. Offering pool renovations means our franchise owners have a stronger opportunity for higher ticket services.

ASP franchise owners are equipped with resources, training, support, marketing strategies, and strong buying power to help accelerate growth. ASP's professionalism and reputation as a leading brand in the industry instills trust among clients, granting franchise owners brand recognition that would take time to build as an independent business.

High-performing owners are rewarded with a lower royalty rate, and as your revenues increase, your royalties decrease—further evidence that the franchise is helping franchise owners earn more. The franchise's buying power alone can repay the franchise fee multiple times over the life of the business. Additionally, a retail vendor program offers $20,000 in marketing funds to any ASP franchise that opens a retail store, significantly offsetting the initial franchise fee.

We are seeking individuals who are motivated and eager to excel in our industry. The ideal candidate for ASP possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to delivering quality service with integrity. They must be fully dedicated to the growth of the ASP location and have access to a minimum of $50,000 in liquid capital. While sales or marketing experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for prospective candidates interested in joining our team.

Intelligent, business-minded people will tell you that the single greatest way to build wealth and shape your destiny is through self-employment. When it is time to retire or to “cash out” the equity you have worked so hard to build in your business, it will be worth as much as you have put into it and the brand you represent. While we provide the resources a business needs to succeed, every ASP location is still an independently-owned operation.

Our business revolves around swimming pool cleaning, equipment replacement/repair, and renovation business. Most of our franchise owners operate out of their homes or a small office. Some have opened retail stores, while others have entered swimming pool construction.

Pool cleaning, equipment replacement/repair, and renovations are the main services, and demand for each of these will fluctuate based on your market's needs. See Table 5 in Item 19 of our current FDD for current information on the services breakdown of our current franchise owners. With multiple revenue streams, you can adapt your business to the needs of your market. Your daily schedule would be dictated by what brings you the most revenue opportunity.
