Meet Our Franchisee: Michael Duggan

Michael’s story is one of the best in ASP, as he initially started as a General Manager of the ASP Athens, Georgia franchise upon graduating from college. After a few years, Michael decided that he wanted to operate his own ASP franchise and purchased ASP Augusta in 2015.

His first year was a success as he grew revenue and finished at $645,000. In 2016, ASP Augusta continued to grow to $844,000. In 2017 and 2018, Michael hit the $1 million milestone. In 2019, Michael really began to expand his renovation and pool construction business and finished at $1.4 million. And this past year, ASP Augusta finished in the top 10 in the company with $1.8 million.

Over that time, Michael purchased a neighboring territory in ASP Columbia, South Carolina that has also grown year over year.

Michael’s team has grown to more than 10 employees in his Augusta office, which consists of a large warehouse, showroom, and space for more growth. ASP Augusta has plans to hit the $3 million mark in the very near future.
