The pool service industry for years has been concentrated with America’s Swimming Pool being the number one pool service business. Though the pool industry has had great success over the years, it is still a male-dominated industry.

Since the pandemic, the pool industry has been taken over by women. Over 5% of pool technicians now are women, while the rise by 1% each year. Now 1 and 3 people owning a franchise are women. America’s Swimming Pool promotes diversity and encourages women to become a part of the $11 billion industry.
