In 2020, Ewart joined Authority Brands as the Franchise Development Manager for ASP- America’s Swimming Pool Company – and enjoys placing candidates into an essential home-based service business that is rarely affected by economic downturns.

Ewart has compassion for small business owners and can personally relate to the challenges and successes. Having a well-rounded business acumen in sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and compliance, he is known to speak multiple languages in business by his colleagues and candidates.

In his spare time, he likes working with his hands and enjoys landscaping, engineering, auto restoration, deep-sea fishing, culinary arts, community involvement, studies law and has ambitions to run for City Commissioner soon.

His wife of 24 years is a retail sales and operations professional, published jewelry designer and manages the day-to-day operations of their family businesses. They have 2 children, both of which have grown up in the family businesses during summers since being toddlers.

Ewart is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), Retail Sales & Operations Management Trainer, USCG Certified Vessel Operator and is registered with the FAA to name a few interesting skills.
