Giving Back to the Community

 ASP values each community it serves and encourages its team members to get involved. Yacovetta and his family help out with work for the Arizona Center for the Blind. They also volunteer with an organization called the Miracle League of Arizona, which gives kids and young adults the chance to play baseball, regardless of their challenges, disabilities, or special health care needs. As an avid sports fan, it’s a fulfilling opportunity that’s near and dear to Yacovetta’s heart. 

Even though he is busy starting a pool business, he still enjoys his time volunteering. “I think I get more out of it than the kids do,” Yacovetta says. “Just seeing their faces gives me so much joy. All they want to do is have fun playing baseball and that’s what we are there to help them with. We make sure they’re safe while playing ball and having as much fun as they can.”
